North Shore CDC Joins as OppCo’s Third Member

OppCo is thrilled to welcome North Shore Community Development Coalition as its third organizational member! With this change, the North Shore CDC gains access to greater technical expertise for its affordable housing programs, as well as access to the cost efficient back-office operations that OppCo delivers for its members.

The North Shore CDC is a trusted and accomplished member of the North Shore community. They serve over 900 individuals in more than 400 affordable apartments. Additionally, over 3,000 individuals participate in YouthBuild, Arts, Placemaking, Small Business and other North Shore CDC’s Community Building programs.

You may be familiar with the 80+ large scale murals NSCDC has installed in Salem and Gloucester through the Punto Urban Arts Museum! These vibrant murals are now one of Salem’s greatest visitor attractions.

Like all of OppCo's members, the North Shore CDC will remain as an independent nonprofit governed by its own Board, with continued control over its own mission, programming, and assets. North Shore CDC is poised for growth, and we at OppCo are excited to support them on their journey. Welcome North Shore CDC!
