Mario Goetz

Mario manages the Nuestra Comunidad and TND portfolios. Prior to joining OppCo, he was a New Sector Americorps Fellow with Nuestra Comunidad, where he served as project manager for the Asset Management Platform web application and provided third party asset management services to TND and other Boston area nonprofit portfolios. Mario has a B.A. in History and Social Theory and Practice from the University of Michigan, and received his Master’s degree in City Planning from MIT in 2020. He enjoys the ongoing challenge of coordinating with teams of dedicated professionals to develop strategy for the properties, and is driven to maintain healthy and supportive communities for the residents he serves.
