Alma Balonon-Rosen

Alma Balonon-Rosen has centered her career around community development finance and programming. She is currently a Senior Relationship Manager at the Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) and previously was a Senior Loan Officer. While at Enterprise Community Partners, Alma vetted LIHTC transactions with the Enterprise tax credit syndication team covering the Northeast. All of OppCo’s members are customers of MHP; we therefore value her participation on the Board of Managers and the HAF Loan Committee.
