When it was launched in April of 2018, OppCo never expected to spend its third year in existence responding to a global pandemic. In its 2020 Annual Report OppCo reflects on how it built its plane while flying, and how its founding members- Nuestra Comunidad and The Neighborhood Developers- have expanded their affordable housing production outcomes by 300% while concurrently responding to the pandemic.
