OppCo to Provide Lena Park CDC With HR Services

OppCo is pleased to announce that Lena Park Community Development Corporation has joined our network of CDCs, receiving comprehensive human resources support through OppCo’s HR Department. As OppCo enters a new chapter of single-service partnerships, we are energized by Lena Park CDC’s leadership and Board stepping forward as early adopters—helping to shape what this next phase of collaboration can look like for the field.

Lena Park CDC is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals and strengthening communities across Boston, especially in Dorchester and surrounding neighborhoods. For over 50 years, Lena Park has been a cornerstone of support, offering affordable housing, youth and adult education programs, workforce development, and community-building initiatives.
