Build a Career & Make an Impact in Affordable Housing Development
Participate in the Fellowship for Equitable Affordable Housing Development (FEAHD)
Fellows are assigned to a full-time job as an Associate Project Manager ($50,000+ starting salary) at a Massachusetts CDC. You’ll jump start a successful career that has the potential to earn six figures within five to ten years.
24-month cohort fellowship, starting with an orientation in August followed by placement at a CDC in September
On-the-job work experience plus skills training
Mentorship, coaching, and peer support

Join a team that is working to create and preserve high-quality, safe, affordable housing in neighborhoods across the state. Graduates will be ready for successful careers in the field that could earn six figures within five to ten years.
Who We are Looking For
HS Diploma (Associate Degree or higher preferred)
Applicants from historically underrepresented backgrounds in real estate development
Demonstrated interest in real estate development, community development, or housing
Desire to work within communities of color, and low-income or under-invested communities
Why Affordable Housing Development?
Safe, affordable homes are essential to the health of individuals, families, and communities. Community development corporations (CDCs) protect and improve existing affordable housing, and develop new affordable homes that meet the needs of the people in their neighborhoods.
